Soviet scientific research and yoga theory
indicate that the human life span should
naturally be 200 to 300 years old. However,
the viruses and bacteria in the natural
world enter into the body; speed up the
human cell division so that human life
span is reduced by more than half. Such
factors as bad diets, sleep, lack of exercise,
and pollution make the current average
life expectancy only 80 years old. Theoretically,
if we can reduce the exposure of harmful
microorganisms and viruses, we can possibly
extend human life, and make us live a
healthier, with higher quality, and more
meaningful life.
